Do you offer delivery services?
Yes. Delivery services are available within a 20-mile radius for a small fee. FREE delivery offered on all orders over $250.00 within the same 20-mile radius.
What is the method of shipping?
Shipping is available anywhere in the U.S. We use UPS or FedEx. Special priority shipping is available at your request.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We accept authorized returns only. All returns must be within 10 days and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Personalized screen printed or embroidered items are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Image Outfitters wants to provide you with the best customer service possible. Orders up to 100 items or less will be ready for delivery or pick-up within 7 business days from approval of art work.
Why are some shirts priced differently?
The larger shirts such as XXL, and XXXL are more costly to produce because more material is required. Some ladies shirts may be more expensive due to the tailoring of the shirts.
Can I pay with a check?
We realize not everyone wants to pay with a credit card, which is why we gladly accept personal checks and money orders. If you choose to pay with check or money order, please print a copy of your order/invoice and include it with your payment and mail to the address below:
